XL Zipper Caps for #5 Zippers – Clean Finish, No Fabric Tabs Needed

We designed these XL metal zipper caps to give your projects a polished finish without the hassle of sewing zipper tabs. With their generous 25 mm height and 14 mm width, they’re a perfect fit for standard #5 zipper tape.

These caps add a touch of hardware style to your bag or pouch while saving you time in finishing. Use them at the end of your zipper tail for a clean, secure closure.

Installation:
Trim the zipper tape just past the metal stop. Fold one side of the tape to the back, then the other. Slide it into the zipper cap to check fit. Remove, start the screw slightly, and apply glue (such as Gutermann HT2). Reinsert and tighten the screw through the zipper tape. Be sure to remove the metal stop beforehand so the screw can go through cleanly.
