2. Agreement

By placing an order, you (the “buyer”) agree to our general terms and conditions. These are an integral part of the contract, excluding all other buyer conditions unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. They apply to all products and services offered by Zipper Zoo and can be viewed at www.zipperzoo.be or requested by email.

3. Scope

Quotes: Non-binding, only valid after written confirmation by both parties.
Orders: Each order implies acceptance of these terms.

4. Offer and Price

Details, product descriptions, and prices (including 21% VAT, excluding shipping) are clearly indicated. Images are indicative only.

5. Shipping Costs

Calculated based on size and weight. Basic rates are listed for BE, NL, LU, DE, FR; other countries on request (info@zipperzoo.be).

6. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Delays under 30 days do not justify cancellation or compensation. After 30 days, cancellation is possible. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during shipping.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Payment Terms

Payments are due within 5 calendar days. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

9. Warranty

Limited to hidden defects and legal warranties. No liability for indirect damages.

10. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 3 working days (wrong delivery) or 5 days (hidden defects). We respond within 14 days.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, at their own cost. Exceptions: services already started, customized goods, patterns, cut-to-size fabrics/materials (<50 cm, zippers <1 m, straps <1.5 m).

12. Privacy

Your data is handled confidentially. You have the right to access and correct your data. You can object to direct marketing by contacting info@zipperzoo.be.

13. Validity

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.

14. Changes

We may change these terms without notice. Any purchase after changes implies acceptance.

15. Evidence

Electronic evidence (e.g., emails, backups) is accepted.

16. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies. Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction in case of disputes.
