The lock is easy to install. Slide the top part over a 4 mm thick flap, apply glue if needed, and secure it with the included screws. The flap must be exactly 4 mm thick to ensure a proper fit and hold. The tongue piece attaches to the flap, while the lock piece sits on the body of the bag.
