Returns and Exchanges

We are confident in the quality of our products — and we hope you are too!
But… not completely satisfied? No problem!

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after delivery, without giving a reason.
Please note: we only accept items in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. As soon as we receive the returned items, we will refund the amount you paid as soon as possible.

Important

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

patterns and books
fabrics or materials cut to size
bag fabrics and interfacing smaller than 50 cm x fabric width or one unit (as stated in the product description)
haberdashery items (tape, ribbon, bag straps, bias tape, piping) shorter than 2 meters
