With a hammer, setter and this bottom plate you can easily attach double cap rivets to your bag at any given place.

The setter or stamp protects the curve of the cap. This bottom plate does the same for the bottom cap. For an optimal result, choose the tool with a diameter that is just as large or slightly larger than the diameter of your rivet. This way you minimize the movement space.

Attenttion: the setter is sold separately.

Working method:

• Reinforce the fabric at the place where you will attach the rivet. Use a leftover medium reinforcement (e.g. decovil light) or use our wonder dots.
• Make a hole the size of the pin in all layers to be attached together. This can be done with a hollow pipe or hole punch plier.
• Put the pin through the different layers and place it on the bottom plate.
• Place the setter over the cap of the rivet and hammer it a few times perpendicular to the setter.
• Ready!
