This pack contains rivets in size 9 x 6.

This is the perfect size when working primarily with fabrics and/or faux leather, as they span layer thicknesses up to 3-4mm with ease. Think: 3 to 4 layers of canvas, 1 layer of bag tape and/or genuine leather. Also perfect for attaching labels.
About rivets:
The size is indicated by 2 digits. The first digit refers to the diameter of the cap, the second digit to the length of the rivet post. So a 9 x 6 rivet for example has a cap diameter of 9mm and a post length of 6mm. You choose the pin length to match the thickness of the materials you are joining.
Use:
- 6mm post for layer thickness 3-4mm
- 8mm post for layer thickness 5-6mm
- 10mm post for layer thickness 7-8mm
- 12mm post for layer thickness 8-10mm
